Annual subscriptions follow the same refund policy as their monthly counterparts. If eligible, the refund will cover the full annual amount paid. After the refund period, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining months.
The Free plan has no cost, so no refunds are applicable. You can create a free account and use the service without any financial commitment.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@scanyour.site with your account email and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
Refunds are processed through Paddle and will be credited back to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or if the request is made outside the specified refund period. Each case will be evaluated on its merits.
