By accessing or using ScanYour.Site, operated by Stackberry Labs (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ScanYour.Site provides fully automated website security scanning services including port scanning, SSL/TLS analysis, WHOIS lookup, technology detection, and security headers analysis. All scans and reports are generated automatically without human intervention. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers.

3. User Obligations

• You must only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to test
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure
• You must keep your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Permission to scan is established by completing domain ownership verification via HTML meta tag, or by being the registrant of record

3b. Free Scans on Unverified Domains

Free scans on unverified domains are provided for informational purposes only. Full scan results require domain ownership verification via HTML meta tag.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Scan government or critical infrastructure without authorization
• Distribute malware or conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute scan results without permission

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a full 14-day refund policy with no questions asked.

6. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Security scans are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for security decisions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
